A new challenge?
For a period of 12 months you’ll be responsible for the implementation of a business performance program

Main responsibilities and key tasks

  • Development & Implementation of a transparent Group B.I.G. Business Performance Management System, linking strategy to execution on the shop floor.
  • Working closely together with divisional management teams to define and install performance dashboards.
  • Working closely together with the Group Functional Excellence Director and change teams to ensure full to ensure full alignment with the functional excellence management operating system.
  • You provide coaching & support to the organization on performance management, installing a train the trainer framework for sustainability.
  • Working closely together with Digital Transformation Group Director and Group ICT Director for the digital dashboard implementation (Power BI)


Competencies and skills

  • We require a good practical understanding of E2E value chain operations
  • Experience in designing and implementing Business Performance Management Systems is a must have
  • You own a mix of consulting & business experience
  • Strong analytical & engagement skills are required

Languages

  • You have a good command of English and at least one other language,preferably Dutch or French
