Tobania is a preferred partner for financial institutes when it comes to several support services. As we continuously expand our business, we are also looking for new Business Support Consultants to reinforce our existing teams. You’ll be assigned to a project of your choice, with options in Ghent, Brussels, Louvain-la-Neuve, Namur and other cities. The common denominator: dynamic environments where you can thrive by applying your proactivity and commercial flair.
What do Business Support Consultants do at Tobania?
- Manage first-line communication: end users contact you directly with their questions and doubts. You analyse the situation and provide ready-made solutions via phone, mail, chatbot and social media.
- Cover customer cases from A to Z: you actively listen to customers and assist at every stage of the process. For complex issues, you work with a team of specialists.
- Add a touch of commerce: you contribute to the improvement of internal business processes and our communicative performance. Furthermore, you are able to spot new opportunities with your customer-centric commercial skills!
What profile are we looking for?
Besides your obvious drive and motivation, you’ll increase your chances by combining two or more of these criteria:
- Studies: a degree in Finance or a related area is highly recommended.
- Experience: initial work experience in a financial business environment.
- Languages: native in Dutch or French, with basic knowledge of the other. German is a plus.
- Personal interests: you’re a born problem-solver and always eager to learn new methods.
- Strengths: team player, customer-centric approach, analytical mindset and excellent communication.
- Expertise: if you see a problem, you see opportunities.
