Core Role (80%)

Develop and maintain current real-time systems to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.
Enjoys C++ refactoring and optimisation of architecture
Implement live features to improve the user experience
Work with our R&D team to move prototypes from research code to production software.
Maintain and expand our CI/CD Dev/Ops infrastructure.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the successful implementation of system changes and enhancements.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Rapidly iterate and test new ideas from prototype to products
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner

Side Projects (20%)

Streaming protocols
Work with new GFX technologies such as OpenGL, Vulcan, CUDA, GLSL
Work with new technologies such as tensorRT and deploy machine learning and AI algorithms at scale.

Skills

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Math, Stats, Physics).
Experience in system development and maintenance (2+ for a junior developer / 6+ for a senior developer)
Experience in working with real-time systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong programming skills in C++, Qt, Multi-threaded programming, Network programming, CI/CD DevOps, git
