AIM Sport deploy & operate Digital Signage and Digital Overlay® solutions on behalf of Tier 1 European Football clubs: Real Madrid, Sevilla FC, Paris Saint-Germain, Olympique Lyonnais, Olympique de Marseille, Girondins de Bordeaux, Inter Milan, AS Roma, AC Milan, FC Bayern Munich, Ajax Amsterdam, PSV Eindhoven.

AIMSport require a C++ developer for the Digital Overlay® Team. Digital Overlay® is a game-changing proprietary patented technology that allows existing Sport advertising to be digitally overlaid in real-time, enabling different broadcast feeds to target specific audience groups. With this benefit, Digital Overlay® allows sponsors to target Regional Geographies, Counties and even specific OTT platforms.

AIM are looking for a person with an extensive proven track record of building. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new features to push Digital Overlay®forward in the market. It includes implementing live real-time features used during TV broadcasts and making market adaptations. The ideal candidate is an experienced C++ developer, with experience in developing and shipping practical vision, and graphics applications, used to working with complex systems, has strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain current systems to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Implement live features to improve the user experience
  • Work with our R&D team to move prototypes from research code to production software.
  • Work with new technologies such as tensorRT, CUDA, GLSL
  • Deploy machine learning and AI algorithms at scale.
  • Maintain and expand our CI/CD Dev/Ops infrastructure.
  • Rapidly iterate and test new ideas from prototype to products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the successful implementation of system changes and enhancements.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Desired Skills

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Math, Stats, Physics).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in system development and maintenance.
  • Strong programming skills in C++, Qt, Image and broadcast video processing, Multi-threaded programming, Network programming, CI/CD DevOps, git, Computer Graphics and GPU experience (e.g. OpenGL, CUDA)
  • Good to have Pytorch, Tensorflow or other Machine Learning or Deep Learning frameworks; GPU / HPC, Web/cloud computing (e.g. Amazon, Google, or Microsoft cloud computing services);
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
