For one of our customers in Anderlecht, Belgium Fujitsu is looking for a Change & Communication Manager

Objectives

• Guide all organisational changes for SAP implementation projects to contribute to successful project

implementation and solid anchoring in the organization, process changes amongst SNCB and B-IT

Directorates.

• Assist in the organisation of the benefit realization of the SAP projects

• Assist in the standardization of business processes across Directorates and the set-up of a process based

management culture.

• Implement and manage the facilitation of communication (including event organization and community

management) within the organization.

• Plan, coordinate and implement training programs related to SAP applications for SNCB employees.

Experience

• Process and PMO management:

- Expert through experience in developing and auditing of business processes. Knowledge of

railway processes is a plus;

- Proven experience in lean management;

- Proven experience in setting up and managing PMO processes and procedures;

- Knowledge of Prince2, PMI/PMBOK project management methodologies or equivalent

• Training management:

- Developing training strategies within a large ERP implementation

- Proven experience in creating training materials for ERP related projects

• Communication management:

- Experience in developing communication strategies and coordinating their implementation.

• Change Management:

- Expert through experience in Change Management within IT related transformation programmes

involving a broad functional scope (at least 3 of the following areas: HRM, Finance, SCM, MRO,

CRM & After Sales, Procurement, IT)

- Hands-on experience with the ADKAR methodology.

• Demonstrates leadership and ownership within his/her area of responsibility.

• Ability to work independently

Languages

Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English (spoken and written), each at least at C1 level.
