Join emagine as a Certified Change Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for change management? emagine is currently seeking a Senior Change Manager to drive the successful adoption of the E-DTMS system, a crucial Technical Documentation Storage management tool.

This role offers a 12-month contract, and the opportunity to work in a full-time hybrid model based in the Braine-l’Alleud region of Wallon, Belgium.

About the Role:

As a Change Manager, you will lead organizational change initiatives, championing the transition to the new E-DTMS system while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Main Responsabilities

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of the E-DTMS system.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify key influencers.
  • Collaborate with civil engineers to manage the people side of change.
  • Support and coach employees through transitions.
  • Prepare training materials and lead workshops.
  • Develop and maintain change management strategies.
  • Monitor and report on change initiative progress.
  • Manage resistance and engage all stakeholders.

Key requirements :

  • 8+ years of experience in Change Management.
  • Strong background in documentation and storage management.
  • French native speaker , fluent english.
  • Certifications in Change Management methodologies.
  • Prior experience in a technical engineering setting.
