  • A graduate degree in computer and information systems technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation by a related engineering Institute or professional body;
  • Experience with:
  • MS Azure cloud environment, including:
  • MS Azure Active Directory (AD);
  • Virtual machines (VMs);
  • DevTest Labs;
  • MS Azure update management;
  • MS Azure networking;
  • Monitoring;
  • Storage;
  • Application gateways;
  • App services;
  • MS Azure databases;
  • MS Azure DevOps;
  • Microsoft 365;
  • Amazon AWS cloud environment, including:
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM);
  • Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2);
  • Application Load Balancer (ALB);
  • CloudFront;
  • CloudFormation;
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF);
  • Monitoring;
  • Storage;
  • Cognito;
  • Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers;
  • CloudFormation templates;
  • Citrix Cloud and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments;
  • Strong scripting skills:
  • MS Azure PowerShell;
  • MS Azure Command-Line (CLI);
  • MS Azure Resource Manager (ARM);
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Duties/role:
  • Managing the NCIA’s MS Azure, MS Office 365, AWS, and Citrix Cloud environments:
  • Virtual machines;
  • Networking;
  • Storage;
  • Application gateways;
  • DevTest Labs;
  • MS Azure AD;
  • MS Office 365 licenses assignment;
  • Load-balancers;
  • MS Azure Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS);
  • Security Groups;
  • Citrix VDI.
