Job Description: Coffee Specialist with Stock Expert Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Coffee Specialist with Stock Expert responsibilities to join our team. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for representing our brand, Nespresso, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for stock management and inventory control. This position requires fluency in French, Dutch, and English, as well as experience in sales, a strong team spirit, flexibility, and a passion for learning and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Nespresso, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on coffee selection, brewing methods, and machine maintenance
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and upselling products
  • Handle stock management, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels
  • Conduct regular stock inventories and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Perform stock gestures, such as stock transfers, returns, and adjustments
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success
  • Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and product launches
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar and stock area
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new coffee products, and brewing techniques
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and expertise through training and self-learning opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the coffee industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work demands
  • Proactive and eager to learn and evolve in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
