In this context Capgemini is looking for a Commercial and Contract Management ( CCM) Professional
Location: Brussels
Travel: occasional to Luxemburg or France
Your role:
- As a Commercial Director you will be partnering with sales in developing offers for key deals and get them ready for contracting.
- Part of your role will call for you to lead negotiations for strategic deals with key clients and partners.
- You will be supporting the delivery teams to manage change throughout the life of existing contracts.
- You will be responsible for designing and delivering contract awareness sessions.
- You are also responsible for implementing companies’ commercial compliance policies.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experienced negotiator of B2B contracts + 10 years in private and/ or public sector is a must
- Academic qualification in either Business Administration or Finance or Legal is a big plus
- World Commerce and Contracting (WCC) advanced practitioner certification would be a plus.
Personal Skills:
- Great team player, strong communication skills
- ability to work under pressure with sometimes tight deadlines
- ability to deliver on the job trainings
- ability to draft terms and to analyse a business case
Languages:
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English both written and spoken
- French is nice to have
