Your main responsibilities and key tasks as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist:

You are responsible for carrying out salary studies and advising our global organization on a salary program in line with the market. Based on the salary studies, you advise on wage bands, merit budgets, starter’s wages, bonus plans, insurances and changes to the benefits package.
You set up international labor structures to facilitate recruitment and mobility and coordinate cross-border assignments, such as special tax status, expat assignments, etc.
You assist in the development, communication and maintenance of the policies and processes linked to Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
You oversee job descriptions in order to evaluate and define job classifications.
You are responsible of the reporting and the communications related to Compensation & Benefits.
You stay abreast of the new trends and tools in Compensation & Benefits.

Your competencies and skills:

You have a bachelor or master degree with at least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
You have knowledge of social and tax law and international employment regulations; e.g. expats.
You have a hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS) and with quantitative and qualitative research, e.g. Hay methodology.
Thanks to your interpersonal skills and communication style, you can form a strong team with your colleagues.
You are willing to develop continuously & are a learning enthusiast yourself.
