Continuous Improvement Manager

An international company active in the steel industry and based in Tubize is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager. In this role as Continuous Improvement Manager you will be directly reporting to the Operational Efficiency Manager.

In this position as Continuous Improvement Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to the upper management to set up an operational efficiency strategy
• Analyzing losses and bottlenecks and create an OE program accordingly
• Following up on the progress of the program and reporting to the management
• Developing tools to track performance and improve it over time
• Providing training on the tools mentioned above to both the managers and employees on site.

About you:

• You have a master’s degree in Engineering
• You have minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment and have a good understanding of the production processes (production, maintenance, quality, technology, etc)
• You have strong analytical and calculating skills
• You have at least 2 years of experience with OE, continuous improvement and LSS projects
• You are fluent in French and English.
