Are you an experienced facility management expert ready to take ownership of critical infrastructure? As Facility Manager (m/f/d), you ensure that our warehouses and offices are clean, safe, and fully operational. Take the lead in optimizing facility performance and creating the best working conditions for our teams!

Your Role

You will be responsible for maintaining our facilities in top condition, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing supplier relationships, and managing budgets efficiently. With your expertise, you will contribute to operational excellence while driving continuous improvements across our logistics infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with safety regulations
  • Manage supplier relationships, evaluate contracts, and monitor service quality
  • Control budgets and procurement processes in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lead facility management projects and report on progress across all business levels
  • Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking, KPIs, and lean principles
  • Ensure emergency readiness and provide rapid response to urgent facility issues

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Degree in facility management, civil engineering, or related field
  • Extensive experience in facility and infrastructure management
  • Strong technical background in building operations, safety, and compliance
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
  • Fluency in English and German/Dutch; additional languages are a plus
