We are currently looking for a costumer service representative to join our site in Verviers, Belgium

Job Description

To coordinate and handle all customer requests and demands in order to grow our business, increase market share, increase market knowledge and reach the commercial goals. Provide a link between Lonza and its external customers in order to provide optimal service and guarantee total customer satisfaction.

Missions

• Be the primary contact for the customer and interact with Sales teams on a day-to-day basis
• Work with Finance on any customer credit problem that affects the shipment of orders
• Handle any customer inquiry accurately – with the assistance of other departments – providing product related and technical information as requested.
• Keep abreast of all changes within LBS (new products, new policies, changes in legislation, …) in order to provide the customer with the most recent information at all times.
  

Perform other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor degree or relevant experience in a same role.

English : required

Dutch: preferred
