  • Maintaining customer portfolio
  • Actively support sales and ensure timely invoicing and processing of loan/rental/repairs/standard exchange orders, orders and contracts
  • Within the S&N KPIs for order handling, invoicing, returns, etc Proactively handle disputes end Proactively handle disputes and manage dispute resolution to pursue as much as possible to reduce old debts
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer success experience
  • Medical knowledge
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fluent (Dutch - French & English) at least C1 level for each of them.
