As Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the practical organisation of the Customer Services department for the airport desk at Brussels Airport. You will ensure the good performance of your team with a view to optimal customer service.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- You will be responsible for leading, motivating and coordinating the Customer Service Agents team.
- You will manage and coordinate the daily workforce planning and report any problems to the Management specialists.
- You will ensure that your team delivers optimal performance thanks to your advice and clear instructions. You will keep yourself and your team members abreast of the latest developments in the required professional skills.
- People will look to you for advice with respect to the recruitment, promotion and dismissal of employees.
- You will present suggestions for improvement to the manager and make adjustments on your own initiative where necessary. You will provide input as regards improvements to systems, tools and processes within your department.
- You will also be actively involved in customer service by acting as a point of contact for our customers, ensuring excellent service and optimal customer satisfaction. In this context you will be called upon to solve more complex issues.
- You will monitor the KPIs. You will deliver periodic quantitative and qualitative reports in order to keep the Airport Desk Manager informed of the current and future (financial) state of affairs.
ABOUT YOU
- You have at least 3 years’ relevant experience. Experience in leading a team is a plus.
- Depending on the operational needs, you will on occasion be requested to work in shifts (early/late shift). Flexibility is therefore an essential requirement.
- You have very strong communication and leadership skills.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
