Tasks

We are hiring a customer support and operations manager to manage
customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process and fulfill orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across communication channels. You will oversee our fulfillment partners and orchestrate shipments.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping record and providing feedback of customer interactions,
comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Creating and forwarding picking lists and shipping labels to fulfillment partners.
  • Overseeing courier pickups and shipments.
Requirements

  • You are comfortable working with computers and different software solutions
  • You are an organized person with strong communication skills
You can work independently and think along when new problems come up
  • You are flexible and reliable. If there is a pressing matter you are
available to resolve it.
  • You have a driving license
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (German or French are a big plus)
