Cyber Security Technical Support

We are looking for a dynamic Cyber Security Technical Support to strengthen our team and ensure the protection of critical systems. Step into a role where your expertise in security technologies will make a tangible impact, and no two days are the same!

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for cybersecurity systems and operations.
  • Monitor and manage security incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Analyze logs and alerts to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  • Implement and maintain security tools, protocols, and guidelines.
  • Support encryption technologies, including PKI and hardware security modules (HSM).
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for cybersecurity processes.

Profile

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies, including encryption and authentication methods.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, RHEL, VMware, and SQL database administration.
  • Skilled in backup/restoration processes and scripting (Python, PowerShell) with automation tools like Ansible.
  • Expertise in SSL, TLS, and OpenSSL, as well as secure network architectures.
  • At least 5 years of experience in: Installing, testing, and integrating networks.
  • Supporting and maintaining systems such as SANs, servers, and VMware/VSphere.
  • Diagnosing system faults, managing configurations, and solving problems effectively.
  • Extensive CISCO experience (up to CCNP level) and proven ability to manage installation projects.

Additional Requirements

  • NATO clearance is mandatory.
