For our customer located in Oostende, Fujitsu is looking for a Senior Data Center Engineer.

Start: 01-04-2024

First contract of 2 months

Full time onsite

Language requirements: NL + EN

Description

  • This person will have a double role: to support the Oostende site during the first 2 months of service, before it is moved to dispatch support model
  • Cisco network switches (hands & eyes, IMAC/D and B&F support)
  • Cisco checkpoints (hands & eyes, IMAC/D and B&F support)
  • Dell servers (hands & eyes, IMAC/D and B&F support)
  • Experience with Audiocode is a plus
  • Additional Support of the take over of the support by Fujitsu
  • Represent Fujitsu towards the customer regarding the transition execution and issues
  • Participation in transition and transformation meetings
  • Collect feedback from the customer on support delivery in order to identify gaps and challenges, beyond the on-site activities

    • The candidate will have a customer-facing role for the early stage of the service take-over by Fujitsu.

    This means that the resource would be the eyes and the ears of the account team in the customer offices, to collect the feedback and feelings of the customer that is not necessarily expressed in the meetings.

    Besides technical expertise, soft skills are essential.
