As the data revolution continues in full force, companies across different industries are focusing on leveraging the value of their data. At dataSHIFT we are looking for a senior data scientist to help these companies achieve impactful results.
You will be part of a multidiscliplinary team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. In your role as data scientist you will be responsible for translating various business needs into scalable analytical solutions. You like to learn and can easily adapt to a fast-changing environment. You enjoy using your creativity when facing complex problems.

Growing Path

  • Although at Datashift there is a general growth plan, you will form the basis of the path you walk. Surrounded by an entrepreneurial team, many opportunities will present themselves;
  • Become a Data Science expert and master leading Data Solutions;
  • Collaborate on existing or new competence centers at Datashift;

Your most important tasks:

01 You crunch large datasets and look for tangible business outcomes;

02 You develop advanced machine learning models;

03 Understand client objectives and translate them into data solutions;

04 Present your findings to all levels of stakeholders (technical to c-level);

05 Work together with data engineers to ensure your results are put in production.

Profil

Qualifications

  • Master Degree in any analytical field;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting or service-oriented environments;
  • Modelling experience;
  • Experience in building data solution with Python/AWS;
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
