What’s the scope?

Our digital teamis expanding and to achieve our targets we are looking for someone who takes responsibility for the allocation and stock management of our digital channels. Keeping a close eye on our stock levels in order to drive and exceed financial results.

As our Digital Allocatoryou will;

• Define Initial Shipments and Replenishment for our digital partners, following up on the full logistic process to grant on time go-live of the products
• Developing and overseeing a cohesive markdown and promotional strategy, updating the allocation parameters to optimize sell through and promotional strategy
• Analysing sales, stock and profitability performance by item/collection/category to make sure the right stock is delivered at our digital channels
• Overseeing on own E-commerce stock management, working on preventing out of stock on best sellers and optimizing overall stock levels, in close collaboration with Digital Merchandisers and Marketing team.
• Supporting on seasonal retagging and development of profitable exit strategies for discontinued and dead stock

Skills for Success:

• First experience in an allocation or analytical role, preferably in fashion
• Good Excel and analytical skills
• Accuracy, eye for detail and good organizational skills
• Solutions oriented, with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with a wide range internal and external parties
• Fluent in written and spoken English
