For our client in the Brussels region, we’re looking for a Digital Assistant Ops Manager

Wat jij doet

Job Description

  • Product owner of a best action suggestion engine - based on the data making meaningful suggestions
  • Looking for a consultant to support the operational activities around that engine as well as the adhoc activities as it requires consistent development
  • Part of a cross-functional team - colleagues from IT, IT AI, project manager from the CM vendor
  • A high complexity of stakeholders across Europe - France, Germany, Italy Spain & UK - marketing teams, first-line managers, sales, commercial sales reps, end users of the engine
  • The CM system used - Veeva CRM

Daily tasks

  • typical digitalization topics - explaining the business how the engine works
  • applying change management (explaining the technology)
  • gathering the business requirements to translate them into updates for the engine and the business achieve their business goals
  • high level business understanding
  • project management - making sure that everyone gives the input/expectation management

Dit breng je mee

  • Technical Veeva CRM experience and understanding
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence based digital solutions
  • Commercial pharma experience, is nice to have
  • Change management experience, is nice to have
  • Agile methodology knowledge, is nice to have
  • Knowledge of the English language (written & oral)
