Job Description

Your responsibilities

● You will collect information on the current business processes through diverse channels, such as workshops with business stakeholders, existing business documentation and hands-on experience in the field.

● You will translate the collected information combined with the business strategy into concrete business needs and requirements.

● You will identify effective and innovative solutions (new systems, procedures, or organizational changes) that mitigate the identified shortcomings or inefficiencies.

● Together with the project or program manager you will draft a roadmap for implementation of potential scenarios

● You will identify risks and recommend mitigation plans to safeguard the quality of the requirements and solution delivery.

● You will create business cases for the proposed solutions.

● Together with the project or program manager you will obtain buy-in from stakeholders through effective business case presentations or written reports.

Qualifications

Your profile

● You have 2 - 6 years of experience as a business analyst. You have experience in business modelling techniques and analysis tools. Certification of (strategic) business analysis (IIBA, PMI-PBA, CMC) is a plus.

● You are Techsavvy and passionate for digital.

● You are excellent in building and sustaining relationships with different profiles (IT, business and senior management).

● You are proactive, quality-driven and a team player with a positive and constructive mindset.

● You have outstanding communication skills: presenting, eliciting information, active listening, negotiation.

● You have the ability to manage ambiguity & complexity and are allergic to inefficiencies.

● You are an analytical and creative problem solver. You are excellent in time management.

● You have applied knowledge of program/ project management methodologies.

● You have a consultative selling approach.

● You have a Master degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Management.

● You are fluent in Dutch/French and have a good knowledge of English.
