As a Digital Collaboration Analyst, collaboration with other departments and business units will be key. We are working with Sharepoint, Teams, O365,... The aim is to find simple solutions for the needs of our colleagues. You will also be able to participate in other IT-projects depending on your interests.De vacatureAs Collaboration Analyst you will be involved in the improvement projects of our Office 365 and Low1 Code based platforms. You will have the opportunity to analyze, deliver and troubleshoot new applications using Office 365 features and functionalities, such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Office 365 Groups and Low-code solutions for our end-users. More specifically you will:
  • Capture and analyze business use case scenario’s and translate them into Office 365 with Low-code (Power Automate/PowerApps) and Sharepoint Online solutions. You will lead the implementation projects from A to Z. When required, external partners can help you in those developments.
  • You ensure our users worldwide are supported in using the Office 365 tools and you are eager to make our collaborators more efficient and more productive.
  • You follow all new developments in the Office365 area, you test them and evaluate if tools are mature to launch in the organization.
  • You develop training material (manuals, video’s, online help, etc.).
  • You organize training sessions, for end-users and key users in the different locations.
  • You collaborate on the integration with our Dynamics 365 CRM environment and our customer portal.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to work together for more general IT projects.
  • You report to and work together with the Digital Collaboration and CRM Architect.
Hier gaan we vanuit
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business & IT or in Computer Science
  • First professional experience
  • You are interested in O365 Technology and have a nature in being up to date with the latest technologies
  • You can translate our end-users needs into out-of-the-box solutions.
  • You are customer oriented, and have good communication skills.
  • You are not afraid to work independently, hands-on, structured and manage projects.
  • You have excellent analytical skills.
  • You are fluent in English
