Redefine Management is a boutique influencer management agency currently managing 8 influencers with a total following of over 2 Million. Redefine’s unique management style and extensive industry connections ensure their clients reach their full potential by creating long lasting and sustainable symbiotic relationships with their brand partners.

As we are a small business, this opportunity will allow for you to be as hands on as you would like. You will be working directly alongside the director of the business dealing with both the brands and the influencers that we represent.

With this being the first role for us to open within the business, there is room for growth and for this to develop into a more permanent and senior position based on performance and fit.

KEY TASKS

- Identifying new potential talent

- Identifying new brand partners

- Email outreach to brands

- Scheduling content deadlines

- Calendar management

- Collating content

- Managing gifting selections and requests

- Assisting with Redefine’s Instagram

REQUIREMENTS:

- Availability 2-3 days per week

- Ideally a student but not vital

- Proficient in Microsoft office

- Professional communication style

- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools and strategies

- Interest in digital marketing and the influencer/social media market

- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn

- Positive attitude

Part-time hours: 10 per week
