The Architectural Glass Europe & Americas Company produces, processes and distributes glass for the building industry, the solar industry and high-tech operations. Its operations are present in Europe and South America and is driven by 3 strategic Business Units:

• Architectural Glass Europe Upstream is responsible to supply raw glass to its own division and to the Automotive Division.
• Architectural Glass Europe Downstream is responsible for processing and distributing raw glass into finished building products.

The Architectural Glass Upstream Business Unit has embarked in 2015 in a Digital Transformation journey with investments in new digital tools and more to come in the near future. A key success factor is the user adoption of our 200+ people in Sales & Marketing, which are spread all over Europe. Our teams are expert in their field but often lack the practice or confidence to embark in the journey.

As Digital Transformation Manager you will be responsible to reach the ultimate goal of our journey, which is the Augmented Intelligence, mixing the power of the digital tools (such as Power BI, Showpad, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketing automation, MAG - customer platform, PROS for pricing, Forecasting tool, Glass configurator, etc…) with the intelligence and experience of our people.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager of the Upstream BU, you will :

• Train and motivate the teams on the new digital tools to guarantee a maximum user adoption;
• Support the internal and external users to guarantee an optimal usage of the systems;
• Develop your digital network outside AGC, assist conferences and collaborate with IT to ensure that we have the adequate products & technologies;
• Drive our Digital Roadmap transformation journey;
• Interface with IT and the business to ensure the necessary improvement of the existing tools, as well as the implementation of new tools and/or functionalities;
• Follow-up the tools improvement development, with the Business Process Owner team;
• Follow-up on the CRM data cleanliness by the users to have an efficient Marketing Automation;
• Manage the access control, in agreement with the confidentiality policy;

• Master’s Degree in business, engineering, or similar fields
• At least 5 years’ experience linked to the digital world
• Passionate about the digital world and technologies
• Interest in industrial related activities and curiosity for our glass products and customer solutions
• Change agent and strong influencer
• Empathy, patience, listener
• Ability to coach, didactic
• Team spirit
• Available to travel around Europe
• Fluent in English. Any other European languages are a plus
