Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Systems Specialist to join our Quality Systems department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality documentation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation Management:
    • Oversee the management of quality documentation within VEEVA Vault.
    • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • System Administration:
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of quality systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with mandatory regulations and other applicable guidelines.
    • Assist in preparing for audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide support to staff on quality systems and documentation processes.
    • Develop and maintain materials related to quality systems.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the quality systems.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Max 2 years of experience in quality systems or documentation management within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Familiarity with VEEVA Vault
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Other:
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
