Description

The main role of the Electrical Designer is to design and produce technical drawings.

Our client, a leading player in the hydrogen sector, is looking an Electrical Designer to join their team.

  • Your team is composed of Project Engineers, CAD Project Team Members and Specialist Engineers
  • You’ll report directly to the CAD Project Team Manager and Engineers.
  • You are responsible for carrying out the work in conformity with internal quality standards as defined by the Quality Management System

About the job:

  • Create 2D and 3D design and drawing
  • Control architecture
  • Verification of 2D drawings received from partners and subcontractors;
  • Detection of eventual technical problems
  • Installation design under the supervision of the EAI engineer
  • 3D modelling of electrical installation
  • Positioning of electrical equipment

Requirements

About you

  • Team player
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Preferably knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D CAD tool, or willingness to learn
  • PLUS: knowledge of Visio, Elec Cal or ETAP
  • PLUS: knowledge of piping
  • PLUS: knowledge of PLM tool TeamCenter and NX
  • Good level of English
