Embedded Software Engineer - Lokeren

We are currently working with working with an innovative electronics employer who are currently hiring for an embedded software engineer to join their dynamic team in Lokeren. Senior applicants will have the option to assume leadership responsibility, and grow into a team lead role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop embedded C code.
  • Debug source code on embedded devices.
  • Development of new software features.
  • Contribute to the full development life cycle.
  • Take responsibility for firmware code architecture.
  • Potential for growth into an architect/team lead position as the office expands.

Requirements:

  • 18+ months of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in C and experience working in a ’bare metal’ context .
  • Bonus: Knowledge of microcontrollers.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Master’s in computer science or equivalent relevant experience.

Salary Package:

  • Up to €7,000 for senior applicants.
  • Company car + benefits.
