BXT guides the way we work, think and engage. It’s how we combine business expertise, a human-centered approach to thinking, and technological know-how to change the conversation.

The EMEA BXT Core Team centrally drives the BXT roll out in the region and supports various EMEA Consulting initiatives. With clients and colleagues in selling and delivering consulting and advisory work.

This role is to lead our efforts in inspiring, activating, engaging and sharing with our EMEA BXT community of partners, leaders, drivers, coaches and enthusiasts!

What you’ll learn and do

• Connecting with territory BXT core teams, partners and coaches to help define and bring to life - the minimum requirements of how to bring the power of BXT in delivering client engagements

• Further develop and help localise use of BXT Agile in consulting and advisory project delivery

• Collaboration and communication with other parts of the organization such as Connected Execution, The New Equation and Digital Transformation to ensure BXT in Delivery is well understood and represented in these communities

• Embed BXT Delivery in existing education and L&D programs

• Help identify, share and promote the latest and greatest BXT win stories in the region on how BXT changed the game in delivering an exceptional client experience for our clients and colleagues

• Inspire, support and encourage our partners and BXT coaches to use BXT and Agile principles on an ongoing basis on their current engagements

• Help our sales teams, Pursuit teams and Activation Hubs to articulate BXT Delivery and BXT Agile in APX, Discovery Days, Accelerators and Proposals/Bid Forums

Who you are

• A Senior Associate or Manager working in and EMEA territory

• Fluency in English is required. Basic knowledge of Dutch, French or German is preferred.

• At least two years of client facing experience or any length of experience in technology transformation projects especially using agile methodologies

• Design thinking, UX or MG Talyor skills or experience is strongly preferred.

• Preferred in case you have some experience in Agile or related experience such as in Scrum SAFe

• Possess good influencing skills and r elationship building skills

• Strong business acumen, understanding of our major service offerings and inter-connections

• Be proactive and take independent responsibility ; Structured and organised and work well under pressure

• Comfortable challenging the status quo and articulating the value proposition of BXT to the most senior partners in the firm

• Ability to view problems from different angles and bring multiple perspectives together to create impactful outcomes

• Ability to think creatively in order to drive behavior changes and adoption

What we offer

• Full-time commitment required: between Aug 2021 till June 2022. Possibility of extension thereafter.

• Travel: on average once per month within Europe (depending on COVID restrictions)

• Start date: ASAP
