Are you ready to learn fast and have a real impact on the company and are you available from February 2023 for a period of minimum 3 months?
We are looking for an intern to join our Recruitment team and help us build our Employer Image to attract great talents.
As an Employer Branding Intern, you will be working in the HR department. Your goal will be to attract great talents (with a main focus on IT profiles), thanks to your creativity and out-of-the-box way of thinking. You’ll manage the talent attraction from A to Z: you will develop and create communication campaigns for social networks, you will be in contact with schools and job boards and will organize some innovative events. Thanks to your work, Odoo will get well-known in the tech sector, and every tech around will want to join us.
You will work with our 2 Employer Branding Officers, within the recruitment team of 6 persons. You must be flexible and self-confident enough to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Because of this key role in the company, you will share your time between our offices in Belgium in Grand-Rosière and Louvain-la-Neuve.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employer Branding activities organization:
- Plan and attend recruiting events
- Keep update about last recruitment trends
- Manage HR Projects
- Create attractive content on social media
- Bring new and innovative ideas
- Attract top Business and IT talents
- Develop recruitment marketing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for high-demand positions
MUST HAVE:
- Last year student (Bachelor / Master) in employer branding, marketing, communication or any other field relevant for this position
- Available from February 2023 for a minimum of 3 months.
- Good command and communication skills in French & English (excellent written + spoken)
- Being proactive, solution orientated and creative, taking initiatives
- Able to think and learn quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Driving licence / able to come at the office
