Omschrijving:

  • Supporting the annual year closure (cut off exercise) by analyses of IMI general ledger accounts, the preparation of the required documents for the closure bookings
  • Providing assistance and support in the preparation of the audit files for External Auditors in connection to the annual accounts.
  • Supporting the regular controls under the EC accounting guidance on the accounting environment (Quarterly review of the quality the accounting data).
  • Producing various BO reports
  • Supporting the annual declassification exercise, periodical checks of Databases versus SAP, supporting the monitoring and the year-end calculation calculations.
  • Supporting of parking of validated in kind contribution in SAP
  • Preparing the payment statistics. Supporting the validation of the local systems exercise
  • Experience in the EU organizations is essential
Profiel
  • Education in business administration, finance, or similar
  • Good command of English (some Knowledge of French advantageous)
  • Experience with European Commission grants an asset
