As Event Specialist, you will be the main organizer of local events in EMEA in collaboration with our Sales regional Team. If organising online webinars or international events is in your blood, then this vacancy is for you.

  • key responsibilities

    • Creating and executing communication using marketing automation flows (invitations, registrations, reminders, capture attendees, and thank you mails, promotion through social media & other channels, ...) is within your scope
    • You will secure the coordination and execution of all related elements (boosting level of attendance, booth space, booth design, goodies, transport & logistics products, lead capture and follow up, ...)
    • You’re the master at tracking and measuring results vs. KPI’s sets
    • Administration execution related to events is nothing new for you! (PO creation, quotes, orders, material to submit..)
    • You will provide on site support during the event when required (only in Europe)
    • Virtual events & webinars
    • Setting up of a webinar using Zoom will become a standard practice
    • Creating and executing communication using marketing automation flows (invitations, registrations, reminders, capture attendees, and thank you mails, promotion through social media & other channels, ...) is within your scope
  • qualifications

    • You have a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing and/or Communication)
    • 2-3 years of experience in events organization/coordination
    • You work well independently, as well as in a team environment and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
    • Ability to bring together key stakeholders to work together collaboratively in executing event and PR activities
    • You are eager to learn our internal digital tools (Marketo, Zoom, Teams, Zapier, Sitecore, DAM, Salesforce, SAP…)
    • You possess project/ event management and tradeshow skills
    • You are fluent in English and French (speaking & writing) – extra languages are a plus
