The ideal field service consultant has the experience, skills, knowledge and ability to:

  • Understand the customer’s pain points with regards to the service and field service organization;
  • Analyse the current processes;
  • Elicit the requirements for the field service future state (to be process workshops);
  • Document the field service requirements as user stories and process flows;
  • Design the field service solution, from work generation to planning to work execution and debrief;
  • Evaluate different options in modeling and the impact on processes and user experience (back office and field workers);
  • Perform the configuration of the Salesforce solution (optional; we can provide full Salesforce training for you);
  • Write test scenarios and process feedback ;
  • Business acumen; relevant (field) service business experience is a plus;
  • Ability to communicate in English on various levels of a client’s organization, ranging from C-level to field workers;
  • Ideally you are Salesforce Field Service certified and you have a couple of years of experience with Salesforce projects.

We are looking for candidates who

  • are familiar with various field service concepts, including work generation, asset management, workforce management, return orders, parts, pricing, service contracts, contractor work force management;
  • are willing to deep dive in the Salesforce Field Service solution and broader Salesforce platform and ecosystem;
  • Any familiarity with/knowledge of other field service management systems (IFS, ServiceMax, Servicenow, IBM Maximo, Praxedo, Microsoft…) is a plus.
