We are looking for aFinance Processes Leadwho is agile and innovative to join us in ourIT team,based inBrussels, Belgium.

About the role

As a trusted Business Partner, you will connect regularly with your stakeholders to identify improvements and innovation in the financial area and contribute to building a common project roadmap that positively impacts our patients.

Your focus will be on Finance Planning & Forecasting, driving the delivery of UCB’s Integrated Business Planning vision, which aims to enhance UCB’s planning capabilities across multiple business functions. The main technology being Anaplan, experience in this platform is desirable.

Next to this, you will act as a connector & translator in automation and analytics initiatives. You are enthusiastic to improve and automate the financial landscape. With a passion for enhancing and streamlining the financial landscape, you fluently communicate with both technical teams and business partners, seamlessly connecting their respective domains. What you’ll do

• Partner with your stakeholders: connect and communicate with your stakeholders to understand and identify new business requirements and possibilities for innovation. Together you build a common roadmap.
• Deliver projects and support: act as the connector / translator on key analytics projects and closely collaborate with all parties involved (Finance and IT, internal and external partners), following the UCB IT project methodology. You take ownership to deliver on time, budget and with the required quality.
• Drive Innovation:follow market trends and industry best practices with the aim of sharing the acquired knowledge inside UCB and applying it to propose innovative solutions.
• Act as an IT ambassador:actively take part in the implementation of the IT analytics strategy. Ensure compliance of the solutions to global process and legal requirements, follow validation guidelines and standard operating procedures. You will be the platform owner of Anaplan system across the organization.

Internal and external stakeholders; IT and Finance. Technical teams and business partners.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

• Educated ideally to MSc.
• Demonstrate several years’ experience with Finance processes: planning, forecasting.
• The core solutions you will be exposed to are mainly Anaplan, SAP BW (Hana), and PowerBI.
