To enhance innovation, we have established an engineering unit in Mont-Saint-Guibert, that specialises in electronic and software development for hydronic circuits of heating and air-conditioning systems.

IMI Hydronic Engineering is looking for an exceptional Fullstack Cloud Developer for industrial applications to help reinforce its engineering unit.

Role and responsibilities

  • To join the team to develop the cloud and its associated web interface for our industrial connected devices.
  • To participate in the technical analysis and the estimation of the development work.
  • To write test plans, unitary tests, tests of new functionalities and non-regression tests.
  • To follow up on bug reports and debug accordingly.
  • To document the implementations and actively participate to the knowledge transfer in the team.
  • To propose pertinent and innovative evolutions.

What we are looking for

  • You have a background in web development and have a good overall vision of a web backend architecture.
  • Excellent knowledge and practice with the different components of the stack:
    • Rust
    • HTML/CSS/SVG/WASM
    • AWS through Terraform (and the AWS console)
    • PostgreSQL
  • Good practical knowledge of English is a must; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Ability to work with teammates working on other parts of the stack (embedded software, iOS/Android, industrial communication protocols). Being curious about how things work and learning the technical applications of the final products is important.
  • You are motivated, eager to learn, flexible and collaborative.
