Who Are You

You are a Functional Consultant with a technical background and experience in application development. For this, we expect knowledge of application design and application modelling. You are familiar with UML and BPMN and experience within the logistics sector is a plus. The ideal candidate has empathy and perseverance and is self-reliant. You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for various projects and this also means that you will follow up the delivery of the project from A to Z and supervise the progress and quality. In addition, you will also manage a team of developers. You’ll be mapping the needs of our client and will translate them into ‘next steps’ for the developers. You make sure they can develop the future-proof solution our clients need. To keep your finger on the pulse, we expect you to be sometimes present at the customer’s site in order to understand their needs and translate them into ‘next steps’. For this, you will work together with all stakeholders and the client’s management. You work towards the various milestones that need to be achieved and you are driven to reach them no matter what. You work in an Agile environment where you can push yourself to the next level. A strong ‘can do’ mentality is highly recommended. Proper Project Management skills are an advantage.

  • Studies: you have a degree in IT or Economics.
  • Experience: 2+ years.
  • Languages: fluent in Dutch, and English.
  • Strengths: accurate, analytical, structured, strong communicator and a team player.
