Replacement contract (Maternity) until January 2025 with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards January 2025
The HR Generalistplays a key role in the development and management of the company’s human resources. He/she is responsible for implementing and monitoring HR policies, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development. The HR Generalist also ensures compliance with labor regulations, manages employee relations. He/she contributes to creating a positive work environment and ensures effective communication.
Additionally, the HR Generalist is responsible for all aspects ofHard HR, including payroll management, administration of social documents, and compliance with legal obligations in human resources.
Recruitment/ Selection & Onboarding
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Payroll
- Management of the time & attendance system + payroll software
- Ensure an effective and accurate payroll, extra-fringe benefits includedand benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Reporting and HR procedures:
- Ensure an HR organization that is line with the internal control and the other certifications in place (ISO, IATF)
- Ensure the application of fair and consistent people policies and procedures in accordance to legal requirements and corporate guidance
- Reporting all HR related activities as required by management.
Unions:
- Employer representative at the Health & Safety Committee and at the monthly Unions meeting (‘DS’)
- Maintaining positive industrial relations through liaison with local authorities and also with union representatives for any HR matter
2.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years’ of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
