Supports sales representatives, resellers and customers with technical expertise and application knowledge during the sales process and after installation.
Responsible for the development of new supporting user technical documentation and training material.
Supports the troubleshooting process both remotely as on site.

Responsibilities:
Review of application questionnaires and identifying the best suited solution for the customer.
The highest level of the problem critical issue process.
Serves as a central point of contact for customers and colleagues worldwide for application, technical and service topics.
Capable of answering both external and internal customers quickly and accurately.
Visiting domestic customers and abroad for specific applications and projects.
Coordinating and supporting technical training sessions and demonstrations worldwide.
Preparation, compiling, calculating and drawing up quotations.
Build supporting application and user documentation.
Managing the user documentation database.
Investigate all incoming queries related to the operation and maintenance of online water analysis
equipment
Communicates problems and possible improvements with R&D team and production Profile:
Bachelor or Master in a technical field, preferably with a chemical background.
Several years of proven experience in a technical customer support function preferred
Experience in process technology, water analysis and / or water purification systems desired
Talent for automation, electronics and interested in PLC controls and other data communication / software systems
Fixing and problem-solving approach
Proficient in English
Willingness to travel approximately 30% internationally

In staan tot snel en accuraat beantwoorden van vragen van interne en externe klanten.
Bezoeken van klanten in binnen- en buitenland voor specifieke applicaties en projecten
Geven en ondersteunen van technische trainingen in binnen- en buitenland
Demonstraties en trainingen geven (technisch & commercieel)
Voorbereiden, samenstellen, berekenen en opmaken van offertes
Creatie van ondersteunende applicatie of technische documentatie
Beheren van de technische documentatie database
Onderzoeken van alle inkomende vragen met betrekking tot de werking en het onderhoud van online wateranalyseapparatuur
Communiceert problemen en mogelijke verbeteringen met R&D team en productie

Profiel:
Bachelor of Master in een technische richting, bij voorkeur met chemische achtergrond.
Enige jaren relevante ervaring in een technische customer support functie gewenst
Ervaring in procestechnologie, wateranalyse en/of waterzuiveringssystemen gewenst
Aanleg voor automatisatie, elektronica en hebt interesse in PLC sturingen en andere datacommunicatie / software systemen
Troubleshooting en problem-solving mindset
Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
Bereidheid tot ca. 30% internationaal reizen
