About the job

As a Global Event specialist, you will be part of the Corporate Marketing Team and will closely work with the Sales and product marketing team.
Your mission is to develop and oversee the execution of the events (both traditional and virtual events) plan to convey our client’s core messages via an impactful brand experience and create a partner event strategy to achieve the main event’s goal which is to generate Marketing Qualified Leads.

Your main responsibilities will include :
  • Manage end-to-end event processes: planning, coordination, execution, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Lead and qualify marketing leads using the Automation platform, coordinating routing.
  • Oversee strategic direction for global events: in-person, virtual, and hybrid, aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure content consistency of messaging at each touchpoint of the event experience: invitations, landing pages, content decks, gamification, follow-up communication
  • Optimize event experiences, coordinating across teams, refining KPIs, managing budgets, and post-event communications.

About the ideal candidate

  • Confirmed experience in planning and executing external B2B Events at a global level
  • Excellent multitasking skills, managing multiple projects with different deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and focus on performance
  • Proactive, engaged and dynamic mindset with the ability to consume new information rapidly
  • Comfortable with Change working in a constantly changing environment
  • Willing to travel internationally (occasionally)
