Working within our Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & CX (Customer Experience) Analytics team puts you at the heart of our transformation. As part of a Global team, our CRM & CX Analysts are responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytically driven insights, dashboards and reports to stakeholders across all countries to drive key CRM/CX strategic and investment decisions across the business.

About The Role
  • Leading a small global team of CRM reporting analysts, supporting team members to develop their skill sets and give expert guidance and advice as appropriate
  • Developing and rolling out of CRM dashboards and reports for both global and local CRM teams.
  • Working closely with the CRM & CX analytics manager, your counterpart within the CRM & CX analytics team, to manage the backlog of work requests, co-ordinate team activity across projects and areas.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders from the global CRM team to develop, refine and prioritise the 6-12 month reporting roadmap for the CRM area to deliver key objectives.
  • Supporting Head of CRM & CX Analytics in creating the analytics and reporting vision and the strategy of the Global CRM & CX Analytics Department.
  • Managing contact with a variety of key stakeholders throughout development and business areas, building strong working relations. Engaging senior CRM stakeholders and producing communication to manage expectations.
  • Delivering cutting-edge marketing insights projects based on the dashboards and reports team delivers. Generating data insights & translate insights into clear business stories that drive business change.
  • Taking ownership of relevant business and analytics KPIs and ensuring that all developments and optimisations are aligned to drive performance.

About You
  • Experience in leading a team and developing team-members;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, able to develop trusted working relationships across multiple markets;
  • Proven project management skills;
  • Experience working within agile multi-disciplinary teams and delivering in an agile manner;
  • Practical experience in Tableau or any other dashboarding tool;
  • Practical experience in SQL/ Python/R or other programming languages;
  • Ability to think strategically; see the bigger picture, analyse complex problems and quickly evaluate options to meet business expectations;
  • Numerical study e.g. in Economics, Mathematics, Econometrics, data study
  • Speaks fluently English; based on work location, preferably speaking any of the following languages: German, Swedish, Dutch
