We are looking for a business developer with a specific focus on a set of Industry X solutions. You would typically be focused on Manufacturing Transformation, Digital Twin, Connected Products and Data Driven IOT offerings.

- You are responsible for the operational Industry X sales unit and act as a hands-on sales practitioner
- You will also working on developing, shaping, and positioning the overall commercial & go-to-market strategy in close alignment with existing sales teams.
- Handle sales on assigned offerings in close cooperation with industry sellers and account leadership.
- Working closely with leadership in developing and implementing partner strategy and plans.
- Collaborate with account and sales teams to drive solutions to our target clients, including all stages of the deal pursuit, review and approval.
- Drive customer conversations and business outcomes.
- Building strong business network with internal as well as external stakeholders and decision makers.
- May sell Third-party software licences and/or service contracts to new and existing accounts.
- You likely have 7+ years relevant sales experience within the manufacturing industry and preferred with Industry X technology and services
- High level of understanding of the whole manufacturing value chain and high interest in digital factory, digital transformation and manufacturing process optimization is essential
- Proven experience in selling solutions for connected end-to-end manufacturing transformation based on Avanade solutions, Microsoft products such as Azure IoT, Dynamics-365, Power-Platform, Microsoft Cloud for manufacturing etc as well as Accenture industry solutions and of partner offerings in the field of MES/MOM, shop floor connectivity and Digital Twin
- Experience selling complex services deals and/or other large-scale engagements that include significant offshore delivery
- Skillfully navigate through complex negotiation phases
- Able to demonstrate thought leadership and innovation in addressing our customer’s business needs
- Strong track record in managing sales pipeline and in meeting sales and delivered revenue quotas
- Able to leverage extensive network of outside contacts to develop sales pipeline
- Strong client interface and presentation skills, with a customer focus attitude as well as Account Planning skills
- Successful quick start: the multi-day onboarding event gives you an overview of the most important tools & processes for your work (currently remote sessions).
