GIMBER is a young and vibrant Belgian scale-up producing a bold and organic, ginger-drink that gets you going. There are plenty of good reasons to cut out alcohol, but there is no good reason to cut out flavor!
This successful company is located in Tubize, near Brussels. They grew to +100 employees in 5 years (!), and are still looking for new people to join the G-Team. In 2017 they started spreading their product in local shops and concept stores in Belgium, but last year they entered several European markets - ready to continue this international growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In short: as Horeca Manager you will be the main responsible for promoting GIMBER and building the brand within the top segment of the hospitality sector. More specifically, every high-end business that’s a match with GIMBER. The list goes from VIP-sport clubs to Michelin starred-restaurants and everything in between.
Your job will include:

  • creating and distributing go-to-market strategies
  • setting up an ambassador program
  • attending events and fairs
  • preparing POS material
  • maintaining relationships with wholesalers, key accounts, ambassadors
  • be in contact with external partners

PROFILE

  • You speak Dutch and French. English is a plus.
  • Ideally you live around Brussels and you don’t mind being on the road
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, social are just a few of your best known qualities. You live the GIMBER-lifestyle with a positive and hands-on mindset.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of On Premise Channels and experience with brand building
  • You have a commercial drive and strong communication, reporting and analytical skills
