HR assistant | Assistante RH | HR assistent

Our language school is looking for a part-time HR assistant- student or graduate.

PRACTICAL INFO

• 1 week internship before the official start
• working at the school and/or online
• 10-20 hours per week
• Adress- Jetsesteenweg 591, 1090 Jette
• Start- August 30
• Salary: 10-16€ / hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• posting job announcements
• headhunting
• reviewing applications
• scheduling interviews
• conducting interviews
• filtering applications
• forming an employee database
• training new employees
• design, organize and conduct programmes improving employee welfare
• maintaining healthy, positive and cheerful atmosphere amongst the staff members

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English, Dutch and French
• Possession of a laptop and good internet connection
• HR, Communications or Psychology student or graduate
• Work or internship experience is a plus

• independent & eager to take initiative

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
