About Our Client

Our client is an international organization operating succesfully on a national & international level. They offer unique services to businesses and individuals (B2B & B2C) worldwide. For their multicultural & diverse team in Zaventem, they are looking for a HR Generalist / Officer to strenghten their HR department.

Job Description

As the HR Generalist / Officer, your tasks will consist of:

  • Recruitment & selection
  • On- / off- boarding
  • Benefits & personnel administration
  • Develop talent & development projects
  • Organize team building activities
  • Manage the fleet for Belgium & the Netherlands
  • Be the main point of contact for HR related questions
  • Report to the HR Director
  • Internal & external communications

The Successful Applicant

  • Min. Bachelor in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
  • Fluent in Dutch & English (both oral & written) - any other EU languages are a plus
  • Min. 2 years experience in HR
  • Good knowledge of the Belgian Social Legislation
  • You are proactive and like to take initiatives
  • You manage well priorities
  • You are social and have a healthy level of empathy
