???? Location: Vilvoorde, Belgium (Hybrid)

GBL Staffing Solutions is partnering with a rapidly expanding market leader in the automotive sector located in Vilvoorde. Our client distinguishes itself as a leading innovator in the industry, committed to continuous digital advancement and providing the best possible customer experience.

???? Purpose and Responsibilities:

As HR Manager, you will get the unique opportunity to shape HR policies for a key region within Europe, including the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, UK, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Turkey.

You will play a crucial role in implementing various HR projects, including:

  • Optimization of Payroll and Comp&Ben procedures;
  • Implementation of SD Worx;
  • Establishing and shaping the Employee Lifecycle from A to Z, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, etc.

You will initially focus on HR administration and creating a general framework for principles, company culture, and payroll for different countries.

Later, the focus will shift to creating a Happy Workplace.

Additionally, as HR Manager, you will also:

  • Act as a backup for the Payroll Officer when necessary;
  • Handle soft HR tasks such as hiring & onboarding;
  • Address legal issues in collaboration with the CEO and CFO;
  • Ensure close collaboration with HR Managers for Nordics and Southern Europe;
  • Spend two days per month in the other locations;
  • Make HR decisions and conduct conflict management.

???? Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Experience in payroll/compensation & benefits.
  • Multicultural intelligence with an ability to establish an employee lifecycle.
  • Strong affinity for both the hard and soft sides of HR.
  • Entrepreneurial, problem-solving, empathetic, organizational, assertive, and autonomous.
