DO YOU SEE YOURSELF WORKING IN THIS FUNCTION?

• You are responsible for a qualitative & timely payroll of white-collar and blue-collar workers in accordance with sectoral obligations and general legislation.

• You also coordinate the payroll for some foreign employees (Germany and France) as well as take care of the correct handling of employees with international employment conditions.

• You manage the follow-up of time registration and take care of the administrative processing of personnel information. For this you work closely with our contact within the payroll agency (SD Worx).

• You use advanced software tools and are responsible for the correctness and completeness of the master data in these systems so that reports on personnel data are delivered by you in a uniform and efficient way. You assist with the personnel budgeting process.

• You provide information to employees and answer specific questions about payroll and payroll administration.

• You constantly keep your knowledge of social legislation up to date to proactively provide added value to the organization and maintain your expert role.

• You are responsible for the management of the fleet of vehicles in Belgium in accordance with the car policy

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN THE BEKAERTDESLEE FAMILY?

• Min of 3 years’ experience in payroll within an international context (foreign payroll, salary split, expatriates)

• You are experienced in the use of eblox (SD Worx)

• You constantly keep your knowledge of social legislation up to date to proactively provide added value to the organization and maintain your expert role.

• Excel is part of your daily work (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, …)

• Ideally you are familiar with SuccessFactors or another HR tool

• Sound knowledge of Dutch and English

• Strong communicator with the ability to create and sustain relationships
