HR trainee

As an HR Trainee, you will support the Human Resources department in its daily

activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and internal

communication. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on

experience in HR processes within an international hotel environment, while

developing both your organizational and interpersonal skills

What will you do?

  • Assisting with onboarding new associates
  • Helping manage employee records and contracts
  • Overall HR administrative management
  • Supporting recruitment activities (job postings, candidate screening,

interviews)

  • Handling attendance, leave requests, and absences
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives
  • Supporting internal communication within the company
