Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

Job Description :
You will integrate in the Team Request Fulfillment, Invoicing & Tendering of our client’s Operations department. Various tasks are included in the field of IT office equipment, GSM equipment and office software :

You will manage the administration regarding hardware requests;
You will create hardware requests from employees;
You will plan deliveries and effective delivery of materials within our client’s organization;
You will close applications after delivery of materials;
You will manage administration around repairs;
You will managing the Return Merchandise Authorizations;
You will manage the CMDB asset database;
You will act as a backup for the buyers;
You will be a point of contact for end users and transporters;
You will keep the catalogs up-to-date.

Requirements :
You have knowledge of IT equipment : hardware, smartphones, current software, etc ... ;
You have knowledge of MS Office 365, you have in-depth knowledge of Excel;
You have knowledge of logistics processes : order picking, sending/receiving goods, warehouse management;
You have active knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
