Our customer, a leading multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, known for its high-quality products and commitment to innovation, is currently looking for a:

Industrial Controlling Manager

Who will lead the industrial controlling activities of the plant, reporting to the Plant Controlling Manager and managing a team of 5 people, acting as a business partner.

Main Tasks

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Elaboration of the budget scenario

• Monthly update of rolling forecast (Risk and Opportunity vs. last forecasting scenario)

• Preparation and communication of the industrial costs

Preparation of Operations Profit & Loss

• Perform routine analysis on financial statements or financial information for all financial statements:

Sensitivity / costs analysis

Variance analysis cost-benefit analysis

Actual and Month End Closing

• Preparation of Month end Closing activity
• Preparation and presentation of Month end analysis
• Variance Analysis and improvement proposal
• Preparation of Standard Costs (including industrial trials)
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly reports and dashboards
• Preparation and review of DCF planning

Overhead Planning and Actualizing

• Collaborate with Support functions in the activity of:

OVH Budget & Forecasting

OVH Actual and delta analysis

Business decision and Compliance Support:

• Acting as a Business Partner
• Support the local management team in providing advice and consultancy to line Managers in the decision-making process for key financial issues
• Assist with ad-hoc financial requests as and when required

Database Management

• Full ownership to provide database management and ensure integrity of data within systems used in reporting function for Essbase, Hyperion, HFM, Power BI, SAP FI-CO, Kronos, Scope, Pack Office

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration

• 5 years of experience in controlling. A previous experience in an industrial environment is preferred

• Budget and Forecast knowledge

• Understanding of Financial Statements and Operations processes

• Good communication, problem solving and planning skills

• Positive and open-minded attitude

• SAP Knowledge preferred

• Good knowledge of French and English. Any other language would be a plus
