Ontex is listed on Euronext Brussels.Our people are our most valuable asset. To support and reinforce our R&D team we are looking for a Innovation Process and Systems Manager.Key Tasks
  • Update Inno pipelines for all product categories (Baby, Adult, Femcare, Tampons, Packaging) for all markets in Ontex, including tracking timing creep & reasons why
  • Contribute to the Inno Strat update (3yr outlook) by leading & coordinating
    • The collection, evaluation & prioritization of all inno initiatives requested by Commercial: Business importance, resource needs (capex, opex, R&D FTEs)
    • Integrating the top down inno ideas
  • Develop the Inno process, deploy and provide further training
    • Focusing first on the basics and drive embedding in the day to day.
    • Guarantee regulatory compliance
    • Feed the funnel process and capturing of new inno ideas
    • Post Investment Analyses of top projects
    • Open innovation
  • Develop, deploy and provide further training for IT tools linked to inno process and inno management
  • Keep track of the Inno Strategy opex budget and spend
Profile
  • Master or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Engineering or Sciences
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project environment and in a planning position
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a multi-cultural, international environment
  • FMCG experience – brands and/or retail brands in multiple categories and countries
  • Experience in hygiene categories is preferred but not essential
  • Consumer driven and customer orientated mindset
  • Open and creative mindset, yet results orientated
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Dynamic, flexible and open minded (cross functional) team player who can work in a changing environment
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
